How Do I Place My Order?
Placing Your Order is Easy!
1st Simply Click on the Item that You want.
2nd Select Your size by either clicking on the size button or going to the drop down menu.
3rd Then select Add To My Cart!
4th Go to the Top of the Screen and Select Cart
5th View Your Items if you want to add more quanities in your cart you can!
6th Select Your Country and State
7th Click Proceed to Check out. Use paypal or select I don't have a Paypal Account & it will give you a Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express Screen. Paypal use is optional!

Payment & Shipment
QWASHAE Boutique ships anywhere in the world! For shipping in the United States our standard fee is $15, we will ship FED Ex or UPS, if you would like to make other shipping arrangements please feel free to email or call and we would be happy to assist you. However, depending on the method of delivery there may be an additional fee. How can I track my package? Once your order leaves, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information.For orders shipping in the US. To obtain a delivery status, enter your tracking number at UPS.com. For Standard Shipping please allow 7-14 business days. Rush orders are available.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Refunds are not available. Exchanges can be made with the original receipt and within 14 days of an online purchase. We will glady accept unworn merchandise with tags attached for an exchange of the purchase price or higher in the orginal form of payment. Formal Gowns will only be exchanged for a different size and are final sales.
